Job Scope:

  • Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and details of the tuition request.
  • Search for tutors in our database that are suitable for the assignments.
  • Ensure that the tutors selected are available and willing to take up the assignments.
  • Coordinators do not need to handle billing and collection of payment.
  • Report the details of all the closed assignments to proceed with the collection of commission.

Working Environment:

  • You can work from home, or anywhere that has an Internet connection.
  • You will be required to use your own computer that has internet connection.
  • You will be required to use your own home/mobile phone to speak to our customers and tutors.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Friendly and helpful mentors.

What is expected:

  • Coordinators must be fluent in English and second language (Mother Tongue).
  • Coordinators must have good communication skills to handle all kinds of customers.
  • Coordinators with customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • iTutor Agency have to be able to keep in touch with any coordinators at all times.
  • Coordinators have to be committed to handle tuition assignments given.
  • Training will be provided to access our database and standard procedures will be informed before taking on any tuition request.
