It seems like I back to square one. It may seem like I only change the website and business name, but, because I do not know how to transfer the database over to my new website, I can only send invitation emails to them. (There are just too many tutors for me to manually submit the registration forms for them) Running this business alone is really not that easy. When I faced with difficulties, I could not find anyone to share the burden with me. I felt so helpless. However, I’m someone who does not give up easily. Even if my ex-business partners left me, I will still run and expand this business. I can say, I had learnt a lot from this business. When I started this tuition agency, I do not know of the tuition rates and how to get tutors to sign up. With zerotutor database, I created a website using freewebs.com. I prepared my speeches before I called up the parent/tutor and did research on other tuition agency websites. I used to be someone who is not good in words. Of course, I lost a lot (countless) of deals due to the lack of tutors and slow in coordinating.

Now, after creating this new website, I will go full blast. I will advertise everyday, online and offline. I may be looking for flyer distributors (job openings) soon for my advertising!
